Individual therapy

One-to-one support, at your pace

A steady, confidential space to work through anxiety, low mood, or a difficult transition — with a plan that adapts as you do.

Consultation room

You might recognize yourself here

  • Persistent worry that makes it hard to focus or rest
  • Low mood or motivation that's lasted longer than it should
  • A big life change — a loss, a move, a relationship ending — you can't quite settle into
  • A sense that you're coping, but only just

What individual therapy looks like

Sessions are weekly to start, then space out as things stabilize. We begin by mapping what's happening and what you want to be different, then work with methods backed by evidence — not a fixed script, but a plan that gets adjusted as you go. Most people notice the first shift within a few sessions.

Who this is for

  • You want a space to think out loud with someone who has no stake in your day-to-day
  • You're managing an anxiety or mood diagnosis and want ongoing, structured support
  • You're going through a transition — a breakup, a career change, a loss — and don't want to navigate it alone

How we get started

  1. 01

    First session

An unhurried conversation about what brought you here and what you're hoping will change.

  2. 02

    A shared plan

We agree on a focus and a realistic pace — weekly to start, adjusted from there.

  3. 03

    Regular check-ins

Every few sessions we step back and look at what's actually shifting.

Questions

Before you book

How many sessions will I need?

It varies — some people find real relief in 6-8 sessions, others prefer ongoing support. We revisit this together; it's never a fixed package.

Is this only for diagnosed conditions?

No. Plenty of people come in without a diagnosis, just wanting support through something hard.

Can I switch between online and in-person sessions?

Yes, whichever fits your week better — consistency matters more than the format.

Ready to take the first step?
