Manual therapy

Hands-on relief, built to last

Targeted manual therapy for pain, stiffness, and restricted movement — with a plan that adapts as your body responds.

Treatment room

You might recognize yourself here

  • Persistent stiffness or pain that limits how you move
  • A nagging ache that flares up with certain movements or positions
  • Reduced range of motion after an old injury that never fully resolved
  • A sense that something's 'off' even though nothing's acutely wrong

What manual therapy looks like

Sessions start with a hands-on assessment of how you move, then combine manual technique with targeted exercise to address both the symptom and its cause. Most plans are weekly to start, then space out as mobility and strength improve. We track progress against clear movement goals, not just pain scores.

Who this is for

  • You're dealing with pain or stiffness that's limiting your daily movement
  • You've tried rest and it hasn't helped
  • You want a hands-on, structured plan rather than a generic exercise sheet

How we get started

  1. 01

    First session

A hands-on assessment of your movement, pain, and what you're hoping will change.

  2. 02

    A shared plan

We agree on a focus and a realistic pace — weekly to start, adjusted from there.

  3. 03

    Regular check-ins

Every few sessions we retest your movement and adjust the plan.

Questions

Before you book

How many sessions will I need?

It varies — some people feel real relief in 3-4 sessions, others need an ongoing plan. We reassess together; it's never a fixed package.

Is this only for injuries?

No. Plenty of people come in with stiffness or discomfort that hasn't been formally diagnosed, just wanting things to move better.

Can I switch between online and in-person sessions?

Hands-on work needs to happen in person, but follow-up check-ins can be done online when that fits your week better.

Ready to get moving again?
